What are you going to do?
● Independent management and further development of scalable operational processes (e.g. onboarding, billing, support, reporting)
● Management and coordination of customer projects in close cooperation with product, technology and operations teams
● Translating customer requirements into concrete solutions, workflows and implementations
● Ensuring the efficient, high-quality and timely provision of our EV charging services
●Assuming team lead responsibility and interface management between internal teams (tech, product, operations, support) and external partners
● Continuous monitoring of service quality, SLAs and KPI performance
● Process automation and the development of new EV business models
What do we expect from you?
● Several years of experience in operations, customer project management, service delivery or key account support
● In-depth expertise in setting up, optimising and scaling operational processes
● Experience in the field of e-mobility and EV charging (experience in the energy sector is an advantage)
● Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of independently solving operational challenges
● Analytical, structured thinking and confident handling of data, KPIs and tools
● Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
● Very good knowledge of German and English (French an advantage)
● Experience in setting up or leading interdisciplinary teams
