Digital logbook pays off in six digits

The Häsler Group is Aargau's leading provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation solutions. For almost a year, the company has been using the digital logbook as part of the autoSense fleet solution.

The logbook helps us to make the working hours of our sales representatives more transparent”,

says Dani Stutz, commercial manager of the company.

We compare the information in the logbook with the work reports. If the closing time for work is 5 p.m., but the vehicle has already left the construction site at 3 p.m., questions naturally arise.”

If such abnormalities become more frequent, talk to the person concerned. That works, says Dani Stutz:

“Since the autoSense system is in operation in our 176 vehicles, the work reports are completed much more correctly. All employees are treated equally. Anyone who behaves fairly is protected. We estimate that this will save us between 250,000 and 500,000 francs annually.”

Even in discussions with customers, the digital logbook is sometimes an important trump card:

“With his data, we can prove that the travel charges and working hours charged are justified.”

Dani Stutz is satisfied with the autoSense fleet solution:

“The system works very well.”

autoSense has also tailored the reports for the Häsler Group. This allows them to be further processed efficiently directly.

autoSense generally offers private and business customers intelligent IoT-based connectivity solutions for private cars, pool vehicles and entire fleets. In doing so, the company also benefits from Swisscom's IoT expertise, which is a technological leader in Switzerland in this regard. The open ecosystem structure of autoSense also enables a wide range of services from partner companies, which can also be used by fleet customers.

ChargeHome - What makes our product different

Companies thus benefit from an automated, transparent process, and drivers in turn benefit from maximum flexibility. The article shows why vehicle-based data clearly outperforms traditional solutions.
