We provide SaaS solutions for making electric vehicle charging easy, available, and trustworthy for users of our various apps. Our software ensures a smooth charging process with any charger brand for charging point operators and handle usage, prices, availability, and payments with ease.
Your new role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Product Owner to assist us in engineering electromobility Software and solutions for our customers. Together with the Business Product Owner, you will contribute to designing and deploying resilient software solutions that are aligned with our strategic objectives. Your responsibility is spread on multiple levels, ensuring delivery of product features but also making sure that the chosen solutions align on the long-term with our roadmap. You keep simultaneously track of the big picture and the implementation choices made.
Your job will be to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with the developers. As such, you need both technical experience in cloud-based architecture for software development and a strong affinity for managing the product. You interact with the team over multiple topics, explore various solution architectures and research innovation projects. You will work on the backend of Charging projects but also support the interworking with mobile- and web applications for cross-service features.
To make progress, you will need to lead technical discussion sessions, support investigations into issues and guide the team into consensus down to the implementation details.
We are looking for a person who is a natural team play but can work autonomously with a positive attitude and the ability to get things done. You will be part of a small, agile team that works closely with the operations and development teams. We also welcome candidates with passports from EU countries.
The Job is for you if you like to
- Translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications together with the Product Owner and developers.
- Analyze existing software and databases and work on technical solutions with developers.
- Refine development tickets, stories, ensuring architectural consistency across products, and identify opportunities for code reuse and framework development.
- Ensure and anticipate continuous alignment between the product vision and technical choices.
- Keep an up-to-date, multi-level understanding of your products from the Business context, Product features and technical implementation.
- Think out of the box and like to drive innovative ideas, make quick proof of concepts.
- You are strong at documentation of solutions.
You have the following qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with software engineering, agile methodology and/or solution architecture in developing cloud-based software services.
- a finished bachelor’s in computer sciences or software engineering.
- Work experience in positions translating customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical experience in
- a programming language, ideally TypeScript
- data structure and SQL databases.
- basic networking and APIs
- cloud platforms, ideally AWS
- understand the subtleties of micro-service cloud architecture.
- Display a high level of autonomy
- You adapt quickly to changing requirements or contexts
- You are comfortable with continuously defining your own role
- You are reliable and nurture good work ethics.

Previous experience in Electromobility specially Charging Protocols like OCPP, OCPI etc will be your advantage.
