Participation conditions for the autoSense and AMAG competition
1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is autoSense, Badenerstrasse 141, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “autoSense”), in cooperation with AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 1, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “AMAG”). The competition is carried out on the basis of the following conditions of participation, which are accepted as binding upon participation.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. The following are excluded from the competition:
- People under 18 years of age
- Employees of autoSense AG, AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG and their affiliated companies
- Employees of participating advertising agencies
3. Participation conditions
Participation is free of charge, but depends on the use of the AMAG app service. To participate in the competition, both of the following steps must be completed during the entry period:
- Register for the prize draw using the online form provided
- Migration from the autoSense app to the AMAG app with an existing autoSense user account
The qualification for participation is as follows:
- The same email address must be used as the original autoSense user account
- The AMAG app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store
- After logging in with the existing email address, an automatic request for migration is sent
- The migration must be confirmed by selecting the “Migrate” option
- A new password is then set for the AMAG app
- After successful completion of the migration and Confirmed registration for the prize draw, participation is considered valid
The order of implementation (migration or login) is irrelevant. It is crucial that both steps are fully completed within the participation period.
Multiple participations are excluded.
4. Exclusion from the competition
autoSense and AMAG reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if they suspect manipulation, misuse or violation of these terms of participation.
Incomplete or incorrect information about the person will also result in disqualification.
5. Early termination/change of the competition
autoSense and AMAG reserve the right to interrupt, adjust or end the competition at any time without notice or giving reasons, in particular in the event of:
- technical issues
- legal reasons
- Suspicion of manipulation or other unforeseen circumstances
There is no right to hold the competition.
6. Prize, participation period and draw
Participation is possible from July 14, 2025 to July 31, 2025 (11:59 p.m.). The winners will be drawn after the closing date for entries in the period from August 7, 2025 to August 11, 2025 under supervision and at random.
You can win the following prizes:
- 1×2 tickets for a Bastian Baker concert (date of choice subject to availability)
- 5× charging or refueling vouchers worth CHF 50.— each
- 3× vintage cooler bags
The profits are not transferable, not exchangeable and not withdrawable in cash.
7. Notification of winnings and claim
The winners will be notified by email. Performed within two (2) weeks No response after the notification has been sent, the prize expires and a replacement person is identified. There will be no correspondence about the competition.
8. Disclaimer
The liability of autoSense and AMAG and their employees, legal representatives or vicarious agents is — to the extent permitted by law — limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. The winners bear all additional, operating and follow-up costs associated with the prize themselves.
9. Data protection
By participating, participants agree that their personal data provided as part of the competition may be used to carry out and process the competition. You can withdraw this consent at any time by e-mail to support@autosense.ch possible. The data will be passed on to third parties not, except within the autosense/AMAG group of companies. Requests for information and deletion under data protection law must be sent to privacy@autosense.ch to fix.
10. Legal process
Legal recourse is excluded. There will be no correspondence about the competition.
