Your new role
In this role, you will be at the heart of our operational finance activities, ensuring that our billing and accounts receivable processes are clean, efficient, and customer-focused. As autoSense continues to grow, our processes, data flows, and requirements are becoming increasingly diverse—and this is exactly where you can make an impact. Your focus will be on billing topics. In addition, you will support regular financial reporting as well as data analysis and ad-hoc evaluations. You will identify opportunities for optimization, work on automating our billing and finance processes, and help build scalable workflows to support our continued growth.
This job is the right fit for you if
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable.
- You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner—even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have a good head for numbers, quickly spot when something doesn't add up, and approach questions in a pragmatic, solution-oriented way.
- You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with different teams, and take pleasure in providing professional support to external customers.
- You are proficient in Excel and ideally have experience with Abacus or similar ERP/accounting systems; excellent German and good English skills round off your profile.
