The autoSense customer survey from December 2021 showed a significant increase in customer satisfaction compared to the previous year. Customer loyalty is also high, and trust in data security at autoSense is perceived positively.

Data usage with autoSense

The app follows Swiss data protection law, transparently informs users about data release and only uses information with express consent. Data transmission is encrypted from the autoSense cloud to the app and to partner services, with only necessary and approved data being shared.
