Every year, autoSense conducts a survey with all customers on various topics. In our major customer survey from December 2021, we were once again able to achieve very exciting and positive results. It is clear that customer satisfaction has once again increased significantly compared to the previous year. The confidence that the data is stored securely with autoSense is also strong.

We also launched a major survey among our customers at the end of 2021. The online survey was launched in the period from December 28, 2021 to January 26, 2022 and brought very positive results and lots of constructive feedback. This feedback is very important to us so that we can continuously improve our product, functions and services. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the great support and high level of participation from our autoSense community.

High level of satisfaction

Among the most important results: For us, however, the basic satisfaction of customers with our product is paramount. Fortunately, this has increased again compared to the previous year: 78% of all respondents are “rather satisfied” to “completely satisfied” with autoSense.

Loyalty

Almost a quarter of customers have also been with autoSense for three or more years. This also shows that many users can derive sustainable added value from using autoSense and that we are on the right track. Optimizations to the app and ecosystem remain a defining issue for us.

Trust in data security

We wanted to know what our customers think about handling data and ask: Do you agree with the statement, “My data is safe with autoSense.” This is a key question for us. We are aware that we have a great responsibility towards our customers when it comes to data use and data security. Accordingly, it is pleased and reassuring to see that a good 70% of the interviewees agree positively with the statement. An important sign of trust for us.

Our Conclusion

In summary, it can be said that the increase in satisfaction over time and the high level of customer loyalty are both positive signals in the development of the autoSense app and future use. There is a high level of trust in autoSense in terms of data security and data storage. autoSense will therefore be able to consistently continue the chosen path and make the mobility ecosystem even more attractive for Swiss car drivers. So that we can say again next year: autoSense customers are satisfied customers.
